Aria 2 won't connect to my WiFi network

I have moved three times this year since I purchased my Aria 2 for work. After each previous move, I have not had an issue setting up and reconnecting my Aria to my new wireless network.

Yesterday, I moved for the last time and have successfully connected 10 to 12 other devices on my new home network. However, my Aria will not find, recognize not connect to my new wireless network. It is stuck perpetually searching for a Wi-Fi network.

I havetried several troubleshooting steps like removing batteries and other tips I found here on the support forums but cannot seem to get past this issue. Since I've connected many other devices to that same network, I would have to think that the Aria should, in theory, be capable of connecting as well. The new home Internet router is an Orbi. Can provide move details if that would help.

Any thoughts or advice on what I can try next would be greatly appreciated.

Does your new network meet these requirements?

Networking Requirements
Aria 2 connects directly to your home’s Wi-Fi network and supports the following
network configurations:
• Wireless 802.11b/g/n, 2.4 GHz standard
• WEP / WPA / WPA2 personal security
• Automatic (DHCP) IP setup (static IP configuration not supported)
Aria 2 requires an 802.11b/g/n-compatible network to connect and sync your scale
data to your Fitbit account.

>From my review of product specs for the Orbi RBR20, as well as current
config on the device itself, yes it does.
