I cannot seem to connect my aria scale to my phone since I updated my wifi hub. It just says searching and cannot find it. I've tried removing the batteries, updating the app, putting a pin in the reset hole on back of aria. Can someone please help me?

Does your new network meet these specifications?
Aria 2 connects directly to your home’s Wi-Fi network and supports the following
network configurations:
• Wireless 802.11b/g/n, 2.4 GHz standard
• WEP / WPA / WPA2 personal security
• Automatic (DHCP) IP setup (static IP configuration not supported)
Aria 2 requires an 802.11b/g/n-compatible network to connect and sync your scale
data to your Fitbit account.

Hi @CherishK, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Aria 2 is not connecting with your new hub. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
After checking out if your new network complies with the specs that my friend @SunsetRunner shared, please try setting up your Aria 2 from scratch and see if it connects properly.
Let @SunsetRunner and me know how it goes.

Hi @JuanJoFitbit. I'm having a similar issue and tried all the steps CherishK tried. When I'm trying to set up from scratch, the scale says setup active but all the app does is search and search. I have my bluetooth on, I turned it off and on, I restarted my phone...and the app never finds a scale to set up.
