It suddenly stopped syncing 11-10-2020 and so I reset it thinking maybe it needed to refresh the wifi connection but now it keeps saying network error cannot connect to wifi. I’ve tested my wifi there is nothing wrong with it. I even tried it in a different house and in general won’t connect to any wifi! I’ve had this scale for years and never had issues like this with it. Any suggestions?? Did an update cause this?

Hi @Lovelynutty31, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about the connection issue that your Aria 2 has experienced with your WiFi network. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Please check out this help page, under the Aria 2 section and see if your network complies with the required settings that the Aria 2 needs to connect. After this, try the setup process from scratch and see if your scale connects with your network properly.
