Aria 2 won't connect to new Wifi

I am trying to connect my Aria 2 to my new Wifi using my iPhone 12 (iOS v 16.4.1) with Fitbit App 3.82. I have:

  • Uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit App
  • Disabled/Enabled Bluetooth on my Phone
  • Rebooted my phone
  • Rebooted my router
  • Split my 2.4 and 5 GHz networks into separate SSID's and connected my phone to the 2.4 version
  • Multiple full resets of the Aria 2 scales (remove batteries, hold down button, insert batteries, wait 10 seconds).

The closest I have come is getting the number up on the scales to enter into the phone (which I believe is happening via Bluetooth) but it still won't connect to the network. The error I get is:

Wi-Fi Problem

There was a problem with Wi-Fi.

And nothing helpful to fix the problem. Can someone please tell me how to fix this problem as it currently looks like I bought a very expensive brick!
