Aria 2 won't connect to new network

We have got a new sky router and now my scale won't connect it says searching and won't find the network

Hi @Nyko, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Regarding the connection issue that your Aria 2 is experiencing with your new router, I'd like to know if your router complies with the network requirements that the Aria 2 needs.

 

For more information about the requirements, please visit this help article, under the subject Aria 2, at the bottom of the page. After this, try setting up your scale from scratch and see if the issue gets fixed.
