Hi, @Cherrie5! what bands do you have activated on your router? The scales need the 2.4 GHz band active to work.

@Cherrie5 welcome to our Fitbit Community! My friend @MakMak is correct. In case your router doesn't come with a manual, please get in touch with your Internet service provider so they can explain to you where to to change the bandwidth information.
Also, make sure that your router runs the protocol 802.11b. This info can also reviewed with your Internet service provider.
As a side note, I'd like to share this help article, which explains how to reconnect your Aria 2 if changes were made to your network.
