Aria 2 won’t connect to wifi

I just changed my router and now I can’t reconnect my scale. 😥

Hi, @Cherrie5! what bands do you have activated on your router? The scales need the 2.4 GHz band active to work.

I'm sure that if you check the manual for your router, there are
instructions on how to get into the setup of your router and turn it
on or check if it's already on. I feel like a lot of routers don't
default to having it on.

@Cherrie5 welcome to our Fitbit Community! My friend @MakMak is correct. In case your router doesn't come with a manual, please get in touch with your Internet service provider so they can explain to you where to to change the bandwidth information.

 

Also, make sure that your router runs the protocol 802.11b. This info can also reviewed with your Internet service provider.

 

As a side note, I'd like to share this help article, which explains how to reconnect your Aria 2 if changes were made to your network.
