Tried to weigh myself as I normally do and it initially read my weight as 399lb (after being 223 yesterday, I guess those shredded beef sandwiches are killers) which clearly wasn't accurate so I deleted the weigh-in from the app. I then re-weighed myself and got 140lb, which also was clearly wrong. I thought the scale must be malfunctioning/bugging out somehow so I popped a battery out for a second, reinserted it, and the scale briefly showed an exclamation point on the screen and then nothing.
Now it won't display or record weight at all. I've since taken the batteries out and I'll give it another try in the morning in case it needs some kind of prolonged reset or something as I've seen people post about doing for wifi connection problems. Has anyone had a similar issue?
Same symptoms this morning, put the batteries back in, only displays an exclamation point briefly and then nothing, even when I step on it.

Hello @vuvuzealot and a warm welcome. That exclamation point is an error code for a potential hardware failure. It sounds like you had your batteries out for 10 seconds before reinstalling them. It's time to contact Support.
