Aria 2 won’t find new Wi-Fi network

I’ve just moved into a new property, and so have tried to reconnect my Aria scales to the wifi.

 

As instructed on the Fitbit app, I’ve tried to change the network. 

However, after pressing the button on the back of the Aria to put it into wifi discovery mode it just says that it can’t find any wifi networks…

 

It’s near the router, my phone and laptop can find the router fine, so I am at my wits end! 

I also tried to enter the network manually and it refused that too.

 

Any help would be much appreciated!

Try this…

Go to Aria in your app, select ‘remove scale’, then go back to ‘setup device’ and follow the steps…
