Aria 2 won’t go into set up mode

I’ve had my Aria 2 for a couple of years and it’s been great. I recently changed broadband providers and have tried to set up

my aria on the news wifi. But I can’t get it in to set io mode. I take the batteries out for a minute press the little button but all I get is the web address for setup not the set up

acyive screen. I’ve tried pushing hard on the front corners but that doesn’t work either. Any suggestions other than buying a new one ?

Thanks for the details provided and for every step tried prior to posting. Please let me explain that unlike the regular Aria which displayed Setup Active to proceed with the setup process, the Aria 2 will show a different message. Because you mentioned to see the fitbit.com message, that means your scale is ready to connect to your Fitbit account and your network. Please follow the on-screen instructions and make sure to have your Aria 2 next to your router. You can find more about the setup process in this help article under Aria 2.
