Aria 2 won't let me assign weigh ins

Me and my partner use the aria 2, but he doesn't use Fitbit. Until now it recognised him as a guest but now it thinks his weight is mine and I'm the guest, but the app won't let me reassign the weigh ins. I change it and it changes back straight away! 

Has anyone else had this problem?

Hi @Sarah-JaneT. Welcome on board.

 

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for your efforts while working on this matter. It's odd that your Aria 2 isn't recognizing you anymore and to work on this matter, please give a try to the following steps:

 

  1. On the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > your name.
  2. Tap Personal and make sure your height and weight are correct.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  4. Restart your scale by removing the batteries for 15 seconds and inserting them back.
  5. Calibrate it by weighing 3 times, making sure to reassign each "guest" weight back to you.
  6. Your Aria 2 should recognize you by your 3rd weigh in.
