Aria 2 won't pair with phone

Just got my new Aria 2, but cannot get it to pair, in order to set it up. Don't waste my time, I've already tried all fixes (restarting scale, pulling batteries, factory reset, turning off and back on bluetooth, restarting phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, I've already tried everything, you name it I've already done it, so save me the condescending "did you turn it off and back on spiel).

 

When trying to set it up, I get to the screen where it asks me to confirm the 4 digit numeric code on the scale, I do,  then it says "not working?" And asks if I want to try it again. I've been at it for over an hour now. No I don't want to try it again, I want it to connect. Otherwise, what a fine $160 cutting board I've purchased

That's a strange post. You don't want anyone to waste your time, you don't want them to be condescending, and you've tried "everything". Great way to ask for help.

 

Perhaps you might do better contacting customer support rather than asking us users for help: contact.fitbit.com
