Aria 2 won't provide body fat readings

My aria 2 does not display body fat...it has the weight and body mass but no body fat percentage...it does recognize me..I have cleaned it and replaced the batteries and weighed myself five times in a row but it still doesn’t work...any ideas?

Regarding the body fat percentage issue that your Aria 2 is experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they will reply to your last email soon. Please keep an eye on your email account in order to follow up and assist you accordingly.
