Aria 2 won't re-connect

Morning...my aria 2 I got just after Christmas has magically removed itself from my device list and now won’t connect. I’ve reset my iPhone 8, taken the batteries out of the scale to try and reinstall...and it just keeps searching. It worked fine yesterday so I’m at a loss.

Hi @Feleena, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Aria 2 got removed by itself and it won't re-connect. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

I would like to know if any changes were made to your network such as router, WiFi password or settings.

If no changes were made, try the setup process again as instructed in this help article and see if it connects properly.
