I have set up our new aria 2 to replace our aria scales. It works fine for me - recognizing my weight, but every time my husband uses it, the weight shows and it then thinks he is a guest. He has logged in and out of his account. He has been assigning the weight to himself hoping he will be recognized but no luck. Any other suggestions as to how we can fix it?
Sorted - found the article that says to tap the tick beside the icon after weighing and before ‘guest’ comes up.
