I just purchased the Aria 2, and it says that it should appear on the wifi list, but it does not. It seems that many people have had this issue for years, and most people give up and send the product back. There apparently used to be a link to a download, but that is gone. Nothing in the help pages anywhere is helpful regarding this issue.

This is what I found on a post from 2016--basically, it only works with legacy routers???? Like pre-2009.
Scroll down a bit, and Cleve W posted his response from tech support in 2016. I will try this a different day. Not today. What a rigamarole. Not a happy customer.

And NO, I do NOT accept this as a solution! This will affect my bandwidth, and I am still on the fence about doing this process. I'm probably going to send back the lemon.
