Please help I’m going demented my aria 2 won’t accept both my husband and me it’s either one or the other. We have both tried inviting each other but we get the email and that’s it we can’t go any further. If I’m on scales I can see my bmi but when husband is on he can’t get his bmi. Ideally I want both of us on scales and both seeing our bmi

Hey @Marieheglaw, have you tried these instructions ? Apparently there's an email invitation that needs to be accepted so that the other person can set up the scale on their account.  Otherwise the other person will only see their weight once they step on the scale.

@Marieheglaw Thanks for every step tried prior to posting. I understand how frustrating this can be and I'm sorry both of you are having this experience. In case you'd like to give another chance to your Aria 2, could you confirm if your husband was able to accept the invite, even if the scale recognizes him as guest? Also, did you make sure to enable Show BMI on your husband's profile?

Let me recommend trying the following steps in the given order:

  1. Restart your scale by removing the batteries, waiting 15 seconds and inserting them back.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections.
  3. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
  4. Select your Aria 2, tap Replace Device and follow the on-screen instructions.
  5. Then, take up to three consecutive weigh-ins to recalibrate your scale.

Once this is done, check if scale appears paired to your husband's account. If so, open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Aria 2 > People Using This Scale > your username and select the data you want to be displayed. Please do the same on your husband's Fitbit app.
