This is my 2nd Aria 2 and it worked great the first year I had it. Now, it will not sink up with wifi and is now not measuring accurately from person-to-person. Reset several times without success by several different methods to "fix it".

@LizWarner Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Aria scale is not syncing with your WiFi not tracking your weight accurately. I'd like to know if you have an Aria 1 or Aria 2. You can find the differences between both scales in this post.
Also, let know the following details: Does your scale display any error message when it tries to sync with your WiFi? Have you made changes to your network (router, router settings or WiFi password)? What's the make and model of your router?
