Purchased this item and month and a half ago, worked fine until yesterday now it wont sync and support keeps telling me its because Comcast my wifi provider updated software. I think its the darn scale but fitbit doesnt seem to care. they are monitoring the problem. That and a dollar gets me a cup of cheap coffee. While I like my versa I see no reason to purchase fitibit when this versa dies and I bet it does within a yr.
