Fitbit aria 2 brand new will not turn on? Changed the batteries nothing happens.

Hi @As02899, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Aria 2 won't turn on even though you have changed the batteries.

 

Please remove the batteries, clean the contacts of the scale with a cotton swab. After this, try a new set of alkaline batteries and see if it turns on when you put the battery cover.
