Aria 2 won’t turn on

Aria 2 scale screen went black and I thought batteries were dead so I changed to new batteries but the scale still won’t turn on. I’ve tried several changes on batteries, I’ve left batteries out over night and then put them back in and nothing. Hoping someone has answers because the scale is only 2 years old.
