Seems I'm not the only one who was disconnected on January 20th. I've read all the tips and still am unable to get a bluetooth connection. Has the scale been made obsolete by FitBit?. I was just about to join Premium but alas, I'm going to hold off.

Well, you cant edit anything on here. I'm trying to show an image of the message my Phone gives me when I log into the App.

It states: "Bluetooth is unsupported. This device does not support bluetooth communication"

 

Huh?   Supports everyone else's Bluetooth including my Fit Bit Sense.

A lot of people LOST Bluetooth on JANUARY 20th for their ARIA 2 scale. This has to be on FITBIT's end. Why don't they respond to this board.
