I recently purchased an Aria Air and have been having issues trying to get it to work. I'm based in the UK and log my weight in Stones and Pounds. When I first tried to use it after setting it up it was adding an additional stone to my weight. This morning I tried it again after migrating my Fitbit data to Google and now it is subtracting a stone before syncing and I can't seem to change it after the sync has completed.
Has anyone seen this kind of thing before and been able to resolve the issue? I tried to get help from support on this a few weeks ago when I was first having the issue and the advice they gave wasn't helpful at all. It's a bit of a shame to have purchased these scales and for them not to work properly. Surely they should be able to sync weight correctly right?
