Aria Air Display Stuck at 0.0lbs

on Monday I used my scale, everything was working fine.   I put it under my cabinet as usual, and noticed the display didn't turn off.  When I took it out again, the display was stuck at 0.0 lbs, and would not change when stood on.  I have taken out the batteries, replaced the batteries, tried to do a reset and nothing is working.  It would be lovely if someone had a result for me to try.   I appreciate your time!
