Whoever was in charge of delivering the Aria Air scale should be embarrassed and fired immediately.
I am pretty sure my child could have built a better device from spare parts found in the garage.
This device is an anchor of failure.
They removed Aria wifi functionality so that it only works with bluetooth. However, to have it sync to your fitibit account, you still have to open your app while you weigh yourself and click 'sync'. And, it never seems to work consistantly.
If I am going to manually sync the information, where does the 'smart' part of smart scale exist? Is it really more efficient than just typing the weight in myself?
Long story short, the fact that fitbit delivered this product makes me seriously question if fitbit can even continue as a viable company. This product is so terrible I have lost faith that fitbit is heading anywhere in a positive direction.
I have returned this scale and I recommend NO ONE purchase it.
