Aria Air - Unable to invite my wife

My wife and I both have a Fitbit Account and I want to invite my wife.

I have logged onto my Fitbit Account in my Edge Browser.

I use the 'Invite People' button and enter their email address and use the 'Send Invite' button.

The email is received and I click on the 'ACCEPT INVITE' button in the email.

The browser opens up with my own Fitbit Account Profile Page.

I cannot see any 'FRIENDS'.

If I then click the 'Dashboard' icon at the top of the web page, click on 'Settings' icon and choose 'Aria Air', then 'People'. I can see my wife's email address but is greyed out and suggesting I 'Resend invite'.

And so, I go round in circles.

Try inviting your wife through the online Fitbit Dashboard. Log into your Fitbit Dashboard then tap the gear icon on the upper right of your screen then choose Aria Air in the drop down menu. Next tap people the tap invite. Put your wife’s email address and tap send. Now log out of your Dashboard.

 

If your wife doesn’t have her own computer. Use your same Edge Browser for sending AND accepting invite. It seems to be more successful that way

Now have your wife Log into her own Fitbit Dashboard then go to her email invitation and accept the invitation. The page should take her to the Fitbit account and the Aria Air should show on her Dashboard.

I think it has worked and am very grateful for your instructions.

My wife is not actually at our home at the moment, so I cannot get her to try the scales out, but will when she returns.
