My Aria Air works fine for me as the main user. I was unable to invite my wife using iPhone FitBit app, but eventually I managed to successfully invite her using my PC both for sending and accepting the invitation. Still when my wife steps on the scale for the first time the app shows a pop-up that say that it is impossible to sync data to her account and that the scale has to be reset.
I've tried many times, with slight variation, but had no luck at all.
I find it very annoing that such a simple task turns out to be impossible. I'm considering returning the scale to Amazon.
