Aria Air Will Not Sync or Show Guest & Customer Service is No Help

Spent most of yesterday trying to get my Aria Air to work. finally would sync my weight to the app.  Invited my husband to join the scale. When he follows the prompts it try's to have him set up the scale as if no one has set it up before.  It will not register him as a second user and will not sync his weight.  Been through taking batteries out & reinstalling, deleting user from Fitbit app and reinstalling, on and off the scale 5 times, on and off of bluetooth, hard reset of my phone........ nothing works.  Customer service had me doing all these things again.  promised to escalate and that I would receive an email from a "content specialist"......that never happened either.  Has anyyone had these problems and how did you resolve?

I have had similar problem. Last 2 weeks won’t show my weight in the app even though it says that scale has synced. Also had low battery showing. Changed out batteries, shows full know but still not showing weigh ins in app. Don’t know how to fix.

Same problems. Wife has not been able to synch since Google bought FitBit. Tried to invite her again and it will not set her up as a second user. Tried all the resets and now the Aria Air will not even send weight to my phone. I turned off the bluetooh on iphone and on again and now it won't even synch. At least before it showed as connected, just didnt do anything more than a manual scale.

Time to trash all GOOGLE devices and systems. They seem to care more about data gathering than customer satisfaction.
