Aria Air and Inpire HR won't connect together

Hi. When I pair my new Aria Air scale to my phone / account where I already have a Fitbit Inspire HR paired (and working fine),my Fitbit Inspire HR will disappear from my account after an hour or two.

I have to remove the Aria Air device from my account and pair my Inspire HR again. When I try to add the Aria Air again, same thing happens, the Inspire HR will disappear. Any help would be welcome thanks.
