I see that this is a major problem for fitbit and that they haven't been able to resolve it. I just purchased my aria air a couple of weeks ago and it will sync a few times and then it stops. The fitbit app doesn't have any way to initiate a reconnect with the scale and the advice about needing to disconnect all other bluetooth devices suggests that fitbit isn't handling bluetooth correctly. Is there a solution on the way or should I return the scale?
