Hello everyone,

 

As I'm writing this I'm fuming, I'm so dissatisfied with Fitbit!!! My mother and I had no problem setting the scale up yesterday. Today however we couldn't log our weights with the scale, it just didn't sync to our phones!!! We did everything and i concluded that i will remove the scale from our accounts and reset the scale to "factory settings". Now whenever we try to connect our phones to the scales it says that it's set up with a different account already. Which one?? Both of us removed it! It's now a useless scale for 49€!!!! Unbelievably mad at this. What a waste of money.

Mine won't even connect. Fitbit is CRAP!!! watch is wonky, scale won't connect - poor quality
