Aria Air displaying exceed weight limit erroneously

My Aria Air has started to display the exceed weight limit error “- - - -“ when I now step on it. It will track for about 15lbs then jumps to exceeding weight limit. I’ve removed and replaced the batteries with a wait in between and have it on a hard flat surface. Any suggestions on how to get it back to tracking weight? Thank you.

Hello @SharonWT and welcome to the Community.  This is a wild guess suggestion.  Store your scale on its side for a while.  It will need to recalibrate itself if you do this.  Aria Air manual   See p 8.  Please contact Support if the problem persists.

Hi, I tried the laying on it's side and did a full reset. Still won't calculate weight past about 15 lbs. I also notice that it hasn't synced since early April. Any other suggestions?
