I have sync air with phone. Doing all the right stuff but weighing me 3 stone lighter. Shouldn't complain really 😂😂 I've taken battery out and all sorts but not correcting it's self. Please help xxx.

@Tambunny Welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the inaccurate weight readings that your Aria Air has provided, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like you to check out this help article, which provides some tips in order to get the the most accurate readings from your scale. After this, monitor your Aria Air and see if it provides accurate readings.
