Aria Air incorrect weight

I just got the Aria Air in the mail today. When I step on, it tells me I’m anywhere from 70 to 90 pounds. Which is great except for the fact that I’m 22, 5’7” and weigh around 160-170. I’ve tried clearing/resetting but that’s what made it go from 70 to 90. Is there a fix or should I just send it back

I called customer service and the issue was just that it was on a carpet. On the carpet I weighed in at 74-80, but then I put it on a hard wood floor it was 168. Hope this helps you!

I am having the same issues, even though I am on a hard wood floor (not on a carpet).  This is extremely frustrating

I just received the scale and I am having the same problem.  I'm on a hardwood floor, and the weight shown varies upto 30 lbs within minutes of weighing.  Very disappointed.
