Aria Air is a total rip off

I already have a scale, actually, I already have 2! scales. I bought the Aria Air because I thought it would do BMI and all that like the Weight Watchers Scales, but it doesn't?!?!?! WHY would I get another scale that does nothing but show my weight and sync to my Fitbit info. I can easily put my weight in manually. You will not answer customer service and there is no longer a way to post on your Facebook page (most likely because it is all people complaining!). I am on my 3rd Fitbit watch, my husband and daughter each have one as well, making that 5 watches bought, and not a scale, and I am not a loyal enough customer to respond to? Not shown enough interest to be allowed to post on your FB page?!?! You need to refund us all for the Aria products or find a way to update them from there to show more information than just weight. This is ridiculous. And believe me, if you do not fix all of this, I will not be buying another Fitbit product when I go to upgrade my Charge 4!!!!!  What are the plans to address the Aria Air being a complete waste of money?

Did you check the specs before buying?  Or at least wonder why it was half the price of other Fitbit scale.

I'm not sure why Fitbit is to blame for your buying something without the features you wanted.

Can't you just return it?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

https://store-in.fitbit.com/products?family=ariaair it says right in the features that it shows BMI in the app. But it doesn't. Also if you hold it to the light you can see that the read out is there to be used, but does nothing. And no, I can't return it because I got it at Target and my daughter had been using it and said it didn't work and by the time I checked it out, I didn't have the receipt anymore. But yeah, thanks

If you can even get the link to work, it wants to take you to a watch, I think they know it sucks.

To see BMI, on phone app tap weight tile.  On the graph at top, swipe left, maybe a few times, to see a graph of BMI.
