I just set up my aria air and invited my husband. I was able to weigh myself and synch with my Fitbit app. My husband accepted the invitation and was able to weigh himself but it showed up on my app. We were able to get the scale to synch with his app only when I turn off my Fitbit app. Isn’t the scale supposed to show initials so the user can select the correct user? It is not showing any initials.

@JLynne The Aria Air doesn't show initials. The user on the scale needs to have his/her Fitbit app open and within Bluetooth range when weighing. Is it possible that your phone was closer when your husband got on the scale?

@JLynne Is your scale behaving properly now that the user makes sure that his/her phone is the one that is closer to the scale?
