My Aria Air, purchased 27 Apr 2023 stopped working around 10 Dec. I tried a few things to get it to work, I finally got it to start showing numbers, but they were not even reasonable. With everything I had going on, I didn’t have time to deal with it. Today, I put in fresh batteries, pressed the button five seconds to get the Ota message, then another five seconds for clr message and I was still getting crazy weights… everything from 75 lbs to 275 lbs.
I called support and they had me go through the same steps with the same results. Then they had me delete my Fitbit App and reload it. Still the same results. Now they are supposed to be getting back to me via email.
it seems that a lot of very similar issues began around the same time in December. Is there something flaky going on with their programming?
