I just got my scale and the app won't detect it during setup.
I tried installing and reinstalling my app, turning my phone on and off, resetting and clearing the scale, pulling out the batteries, and replacing said batteries. Nothing has worked.

If your still having issues you can try restarting your Aria Air and attempt set up again. Here’s how:

No, I've tried all of those and nothing is working. Still won't detect the scale during setup.

First make sure your Fitbit App is up to date and verify that the mobile device you are connecting too has the Bluetooth on. Also make sure the Fitbit app is running either open or running in the background. Take the batteries out, wait 8-10 seconds then try setting it back up again (Try setting it up again with your phone right next to it, Fitbit App open, Bluetooth on….this is how I did it)
