I can not get the app to send an invite to my wife, I am syncing fine but she does not get the email to join. And when I use the web app I get the error "something went wrong".
How do we correct this?

There are other users experiencing the same issues. But, although not entirely ideal, the solution (workaround) is to invite someone from a desktop browser and accept the invite from a desktop browser seems to be work. Do you have access to a computer by chance? If so that would certainly help.
😉 I hope this provides you with the best answer for now until a permanent solution is addressed on the Fitbit App and dashboard. Please let me know how it goes
