Aria Air not synching

I weigh myself every morning.  Got the Aria Air 3 days day, synch worked fine at setup then nothing.  In the morning I open the app, weigh myself, weight displays on scale, on the app nothing happens.  One post suggested opening Apps, force Fitbit app to stop, then go to Storage, Clear Cache, then restart the app.  Then synching works.  But I can't imagine another app that requires a user to do this every day, and for that I may as well just use a regular scale and enter the weight manually every day.  Is there something I'm missing?  Aria Air just bought 3 days ago, Samsung phone.

Same for me.  Set up the scale last Saturday and it only worked once. Wildly frustrating.

I find that I have to restart my phone every other day! This isn't fun!
