My Aria Air scales haven't synchronised to my fitbit app since 25th Jan 2021 & I can't remember the last time that it even gave me my body fat %.
How do I get these scales to synchronise with my app? For my Versa 2 watch, I just pull down my screen & it syncs it fine but that's not an option for the Aria Air Scales.
Plz help with this issue.

I just bought a set to learn that they do not register body fat so I have just returned them to Amazon, shocking that their latest scales have less function than the Aria and Aria 2, which you can no longer buy.
I am going to try the Renpho ones at a lot less money and the sync with FitBit and are the best buy on Amazon

Hi @YummyMummy84 and @ScotDan, welcome to the Community Forums.
@YummyMummy84, thanks for bringing this to our attention and let me explain that the Aria Air will sync every time you stand on it to track your weight. Because this isn't your case, may I know if you receive an error message on the scale when trying to sync? Is the Fitbit app updated? Also, what is the model of your phone? In the meantime, please try turning off the Bluetooth in your phone and from any other device nearby, force quit the Fitbit app, turn back on the Bluetooth only on your phone, open the Fitbit app, stand on the scale and wait until your details have synced.
In regards to your other question, as @ScotDan mention the Aria Air scale is able to track your weight and show your BMI in the Fitbit app however, it's not able to track your body fat percentage. I'm sorry for this inconvenience and be sure that our team continues working on our products performance to improve your experience with them.
I look forward to your response.

Thanks for your response.
No error message comes up on my scale when syncing, the only thing I have noticed is that after I've stood on it & it's shown my weight, it takes ages before it goes off.
My app is upto date & the phone I have is a Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ 5G.
I have done what you said & forced stopped the app & switched my Bluetooth off & on again on my phone but its still not syncing my newly registered weight within the app.
It also doesn't show my BMI in the app either & only has weight & log weight.
Where it says goal progress in weight, it shows: - -st lost since 20/12 so that isn't even working either

Hi @YummyMummy84, it's good to see you again.
Thanks for trying the steps suggested above. Your phone meets the requirements to use the Fitbit app and because your Aria Air is still not syncing, let's try to reconnect it to your Fitbit account by doing the following:
Restart your Aria Air:
On the back of the scale, touch and hold the button for 5 seconds. The display will flash oTA.
Touch and hold the button for another 5 seconds until the display shows clr.
In regards to your other question, please open the Fitbit app, tap the Weight tile and on the graph swipe left to change the screens. The BMI should be the 4th graph displayed. If by any chance you don't see this graph, take a screenshot of what you see displayed and attach it to your reply.
Keep me posted.

This is a common problem throughout the FitBit community, pages and pages of the exact same problem. It is shocking that FitBit has not come up with a solution
I have been a loyal customer since 2014 but I feel that FB no longer cares about it customers, if it did it would sort this

If this can help: same problem with "NO SYNC" when connected to my regular home network. Bought Aria scale in 2016, was replaced by Fitbit a year or two later (forgot exactly what was the problem but it was apparently a factory issue), but it initially worked fine for several years connecting to my home WIFI (Verizon router) . Then I started having the "NO SYNC" on occasion, as recently as this month. Initially I would be able to reconnect, but at one point the scale would just not reconnect to my Verizon Wifi Router. Thus I decided to buy an old WIFI router at thrift store about two years ago, which I connected to my home network, and was able to connect the scale to it. Today I had the "NO SYNC" problem, and try to reconnect to the old WIFI router: would not work, then try connect to Verizon home WIFI router: would not work; then try again on old WIFI router: now it works. I did not even have re-start the old router. It's really weird. Not sure why it behaves this way. Really annoying, I basically spend an hour or so to try to re-connect this scale while I could have done something more productive. Looking into getting rid of Fitbit account and Scale altogether and go all into Apple products. Not sure if there is a compatible scale though.

I have the same issue. I've spent ages on chat with them, no resolve, no help at all. Appalling customer service. I shall have to send a useless piece of tech to landfill. Congratulations Fitbit on helping with that!
Anyone else find it ironic where it says 'Product Help Forums' above?

I received my aria air for Christmas think it was synced twice, I have to reset the scales everytime I use them, it's extremely frustrating, and very very poor service from fitbit. I have just recently upgraded to a fitbit sense also, not sure if that was sensible or not!
So disappointed. 😒

Yes we can all help each other but that does not let FitBit wash their hands of all the issues with their products that are not fit for purpose.
I got a Renpho one and it works great, it links into FitBit as well

Does the Renpho work on WiFi or Bluetooth?

Do these Renpho scales actually sync with fitbit as it only says that they sync with Google fit, Samsung Health & Apple Health?
Can you let me know if they do & if they are any good plz?

Mine stopped telling me percent body fat but honestly it was grossly inaccurate. It gave me the average BMI calculated body fat based on height and weight but when I got it professionally measured in a bid pod it was 12% less! If you’re muscular it won’t be accurate. I wondered if they pulled it for that reason.

Yes they do, I just bought one and they sync totally with my fitbit account

Isn't that the time they pushed an app update? My scales has not synced since the 25. It is no longer showing up in my bluetooth devices so I cannot sync at all. I've tried removing the batteries etc and it shows me my wifi network but my Wifi network doesn't see it. Completely frustrated
