I've just bought the Aria Air, before I'm asked i have done all troubleshooting steps and my phone is compatible.
Its simply not syncing. If I reset it and re-add the device to my account then it works first time but then no longer syncs after that. I'm not resetting everytime I want to use them!!
After reading lots of similar posts... I'm giving up and sending them back for a refund.

Hi @Mlawton1986, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about the syncing issue that your Aria Air has experienced. I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.
If you haven't returned your scale, I'd like to know what troubleshooting steps you have tried since I'd like to help you. Please let me know if you have tried the steps listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.
Looking forward to your response.

I've had syncing issues ever since I purchased my Aria scale a couple of years ago. Every time my router or WiFi provider changed, I had to spend (literally) hours trying to get the scale to reconnect. This time, after another useless hour, I gave up and bought another more expensive company's scale. Took me 5 minutes to setup and connect to Fitbit. Was worth the extra cost.
Pretty pathetic when your product fails so miserably and a competitors succeeds.
