My Aria Air scales won’t work even with new batteries. They are not even 2 years old does anyone have this issue?

Thanks for your efforts while trying new batteries. Because your Aria scale is still not working, I went ahead to review your details and I noticed you already have a case created with our Support team. It seems they've sent you an email with further instructions, please keep an open communication with us as I'm sure they'll continue helping you with this matter.
