Aria Air scale shows random weights by itself

I bought an Aria Air scale, and synced it. The display showed zero before Istepped on it. The next time I tried to use it, the display showed ‘16lb’. I thought it might Re-adjust itself, but I stepped on the scale, which showed my weight plus 16lb, Every time I try to sync it, it shows various random weights each time. I was wondering if this has happened before, and what the response was from Fitbit
