I am extremely disappointed with the purchase of the Aria Air scales and I am beginning to think that they are faulty and that I should return them to John Lewis for a full refund. I will have had them a week tomorrow and I have only once managed to get them to connect and sync to the App on my Samsung A5. They won't connect to my wife's phone at all. I have tried all the things theatre suggested to resolve the issue without success. Has anyone experienced the same issue and how did you resolve it. One last attempt before I return them for a refund as they are quite simply not doing as it says on the tin.

I've got the same issue too. Scales will not connect. Sadly not worth the money.
