Aria Air scales

My old aria scales synced my weight to my iPhone without having to open the Fitbit app but these new aria scales won’t register my weight unless I open the Fitbit app and press sync whilst using the scales. Is there a way to sync your weight to the app without having to open your phone? It’s hard to track my husband’s weight when my phone isn’t with him.

Sorry, no. The older scales connected directly with your Fitbit account via wifi. The Aria Air connects via bluetooth so you have to open the app and then save it when your weight appears.
