Hi,
Has anyone received and managed to set up an Aria Air yet?
Got my Air today, but it's not listed in the Fitbit app as a device (on Android). Following setup for the Aria or Aria 2 doesn't work (not surprising).
I can get the scale to flash an "ota" message (presumably over the air) but my phone won't connect to it via Bluetooth (can see the Aria Air but won't pair) and the scale does not have an Aria network I can connect to.
Thoughts anyone?

Finally seem to be resolved. Got numerous repeat email invites com through yesterday and today it worked as a share!

For those who received the Aria Air ahead of time, we apologize that you couldn't use it until now but there were some Amazon orders that were sent too early!

If you are having issues syncing your Aria Air after being setup, I'll recommend you to visit these pages:

Please keep in mind that all Aria Air users need to have the latest version of the Fitbit app and is recommendable to use a compatible device.

Yeah so my air has new batteries, I have made sure my phone is compatible and fully updated, I've turned bluetooth off and on, reset the scale, unpaired and reinstalled the app......no change. My scale will NOT connect to bluetooth.

I’m having simplistically issues. The Bluetooth won’t stay connected on my IPhone. My weight won’t sync in the app. Tried multiple troubleshooting with the Fitbit reps and nothing works. I’m so frustrated with this. I think I’m going to send it back for a refund and maybe purchase it again next year when they work out the bugs.
I just printed my return label. I can’t just have this as a regular scale. The worse thing is Fitbit deducts $7.00 from the refunded amount. What a slap in the face for me as a customer who purchased this and it doesn’t do what it supposed to do and I get charged to send it back.
Still doesn’t work for me.
This is terrible. It isn’t working for me. I’m sending this thing back.

I was super excited to get mine set up last night however for whatever reason it will not sync to my app... finding this very frustrating because I had to replace my original Fitbit aria after upgrading my wireless modem it would no longer read and sync. I’ve been wearing my Fitbit for five years now and I just want my scale to sync with my stats 🥴

Unfortunately, I couldn’t get the scale to work. Not even with multiple calls to customer service. I sent it back. I was so sad about it my boyfriend surprised me with the Aria 2 scale. Set up took 2 minutes and it automatically connected to WiFi, it syncs and works fine! That other scale was junk. Fitbit should be ashamed. After the trouble I went through I was never going to buy another Fitbit product. However, my boyfriend purchased it. I’m glad he did.
