Hi I can’t seem to get my scale added in my Fitbit app it’s always telling me error 404 ? What can I do.

Hello @Luc1973 and a warm welcome.  I believe a 404 error is a general type of code error.  It is not a specific Fitbit scale error.  I say this because there are other threads in other forums on this site that mention this error when setting up other devices.

 

I suggest you contact Support for more help.
