I bought the Aria Air earlier and had set up the scale with my account. My dad also has his account, and he also wanted to log his weight, so I invited him and he also had set his up as well via the app.
While mine was set up without much hassle, it's as if his phone couldn't recognize the scale, and it took a long time to set up. Eventually it worked, but later that day when I went to weigh myself, it didn't sync to my phone (even with the Fitbit app opened). When he opened his app to weigh, it registered on his instead.
So I removed the device from my account, factory resetted the scale, and then set up again with my account first. It worked after resetting for me, so I invited my dad again (removed the Aria Air from his account), and it just added the scale under his account without needing to set up this time.
But now it's as if the scale and his Fitbit app aren't talking to each other again. I intentionally took away my phone and left his phone with the scale but nothing is happening.

Hi @penpen35, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Aria Air is syncing your data but it stopped syncing your father's information to his phone. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Please make sure that your father's phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed. If the app is up to date, have him to log out of the Fitbit app, restart his phone, open the Fitbit app and log in.
After this, restart the Aria Air again and have your father to weigh himself 5 times in a row and see if his weigh ins sync to his phone's app properly.
Keep me posted on the outcome.
