Aria Air syncing wrong weight

Hi all 

My Aria air syncs a different weight to my phone no matter what the scale says it records the same weight on the app.

I have even stepped in holding a 20kg weight so the scale shows much heavier but records the same weight as every other time ive used it. Anyone had this issue?

Yes, this is exactly what is happening to me. I got mine last Sunday, weighed myself, it was lbs setting but whatever, changed it to kgs, now I cannot in any way shape or form get it to send me the reading.

In trying to get it to work I logged into my Fitbit dashboard on the web. My fitbit Charge 4 ended on in the USA time zone.

They need to sort themselves out, the app should be the single source authority on units, time zone etc and the web site account should be just the storage of that.
