Hello, 

I have just bought Aria air scale and I cannot seem to be able to make it work properly. 

When I weigh myself, it appears on the app but it only gives my weight: no bmi, no body fat. That's the only reason why I bought it 😞

Am I doing something wrong? Can someone help?

I tried taking the batteries out and re install it but it still just gives me the weight.

Aria Air does not measure body fat, unlike previous Aria models that cost more.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
